POLITE NOTICE
Please bear in mind that all my shop pieces are second hand! You are purchasing a second hand item not "NEW" as with all second hand items, each piece will show signs of its previous life. There will be imperfections with wear & tear.
Each piece of furniture for sale has a detailed description regarding its condition please read before purchasing. If painted by hand brush marks may be visible upon inspection.
All my furniture has been stored or at my workshop, due to constant sanding and carpentry work, my workshop is not dust free, please bare that in mind when purchasing any of my shop pieces. Furniture that has been sprayed, varnished, waxed or painted subsequently may contain dust particles.
DELIVERY
All deliveries are CONTACTLESS to FRONT DOOR ONLY!
Please allow up to TWO WEEKS PLUS for delivery, LRBinteriors uses Proovia for furniture delivery therefore dates and times are subjective. Once customers have made a purchase they will be contacted to arrange delivery. Dates available will be given. Once delivery date is booked customers will receive tracking and time slot the day before delivery.
Delivery is FREE. Service to FRONT DOOR only!
Please make necessary arrangements to carry furniture into home. Check all measurements to guarantee your furniture will fit into designated space, this includes entrance ways and any route your furniture needs to be carried through. Returns will NOT be accepted for measuring incorrectly. This is the buyers responsibility!
Items for sale at the Malt House Emporium are NOT included in this delivery service and customers will need to provide their own transport and make necessary travel arrangements for delivering purchased items
Collection: Customers are welcome to pick up sold pieces from my workshop in Plymouth if preferred. All furniture purchased from Sound Framing will be Delivered free of charge.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Items that will only be accepted as returns and qualify for full refunds are items that have been damaged in transit. If there is an issue, please contact me within 3 days of delivery.
2. Conditions of return; buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If any additional damage has occurred in transit when returned to my workshop buyers will receive only a partial refund due to the additional damage. Items need to be returned within 14 days of delivery. I don't accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
3. Disclaimer: buyers must read detailed description regarding condition of item. Returns will not be accepted for items being 'second-hand'.
4. It is the buyer’s responsibility to look after their items and take care of them this includes all/any customer commissions. Refunds will not be given for wear and tear.
