Delivery

  • Please allow up to TWO WEEKS PLUS for delivery, LRBinteriors uses Shipley for furniture delivery therefore dates and times are subjective and likely to change due to COVID19. Delivery is FREE. Service to front door only! Please make necessary arrangements to carry furniture into home. This is the buyers responsibility! 

  • Please MEASURE all entry ways and access points to ensure that your furniture will fit in designated space.

  • REFUNDS will not be given if an item doesn't fit or arrangements weren't made by the customer to lift furniture into home.

Collection

  • My workshop is based in Plymouth and customers are welcome to pick up any pieces from this location if preferred.

Appointment only

  • To view any pieces of furniture featured on my website or for commission enquiries please contact to book an appointment at my workshop. I run a workshop it is NOT a shop premises and is appointment only.  

 

Polite notice

  • As with all refurbished items, each piece of furniture will show signs of its previous life. This adds to its charm and character. Each piece of furniture is second hand and has had honest repairs, painted by hand consequently brush marks are visible upon inspection. 

Returns & Refunds

  • Items that will only be accepted as returns are items that have been damaged in transit or have underlying issues. If there is an issue please contact me within 5 days of delivery.

  • Conditions of return; buyers are responsible for return postage costs, if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items need to be returned within 14 days of delivery. I don't accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
